This is the penguin band. They have been giving out free back grounds but they are in the back stage. So it's member's only. This means that even I can't get it. But they just want you to become a member and steel your money so don't think your the sad old poor person because I don't have membership so just know that club penguin is being dumb. The penguin band is in the backstage on one server at a time so if you go back stage on one server and he's not there then he must be on a different server.
